Requesting Monitoring
The first step is for an individual, organization or group is to order the monitoring device. You can do this from the Placing an Order page.

Training
Pickleball Noise Action provides a structured online training module to assist you in the unboxing, installation and set-up of our monitoring device. This covers device placement, quality checks, field reporting and the details for removal and return of the device.
In some locations, we can link you up with a trained installer who will assist you with this process or even complete it on your behalf.

Installation
The installation process is as simple as plugging in the device and following the included Quick Start Guide. Plug it in a space out of your way where the pickleball noise is loudest using cable ties, power plugs, and extension cables as needed. Then, use your mobile phone, tablet, or PC to capture and upload photographs and/or videos.

Monitoring Phase
Leave the device to sit to collect data on the noise nuisance. It will use AI powered Smart Noise Monitoring to determine how much, how loud, and how often pickleball noise is affecting you.

Removal
Once your data collection period is over, unplug the device and return it to the post office. We will provide the shipping label and you can reuse the box that the device arrived in.

Reporting
At the end of your service, we will provide you with a full legal report detailing the impact that pickleball has on your family.
